In early 2025 a customer came to us explaining they were very unhappy with the current layout of their house – their first floor was just too cramped, and the lighting felt too dim for their liking. This led to them having an incredibly poor experience living there long term.
They contacted a variety of different builders, but settled on us as we had the best pricing for their budget.
The Process:
We initially began by digging out the foundations of the extension, and filling it in with cement to ensure that it was strong and going to last for many years – our strong foundations were crucial in creating a finished product that our client was satisfied with.
After the cement had set, the foundations were secured in and our team could begin constructing the extension to their first storey.
After a series of months, the room had finally taken shape and we could begin focusing on the interior design to bring the dreams on paper to life.
Our team also included heating flooring so during the winter this room was as comfortable as any other room in the house.
The extension is incredibly spacious, and allowed us to create an elegant design that fulfilled our customers’ needs whilst also not recreating the problem they faced prior.
